We have a huge amount of experience representing clients before the UK Intellectual Property Office and the European Patent Office. We take advantage of facilities such as on-line filing at the EPO and regularly attend oral proceedings in Munich and the Hague. One of our attorneys is a former examiner at the European Patent Office, which provides a rare insight into the practices of the EPO.
