Stephen Turner

As a technical assistant in the mechanical and electrical team, Stephen assists with patent and design work, enabling his clients to develop their IP strategies.

Stephen works with Tom Faulkner, providing support for all aspects of his work, with a particular emphasis on patent drafting and prosecution. Stephen’s background in physics, coupled with his time spent in industrial and academic research environments, gives him an ability to understand the context in which new inventions arise.

Being part way through his training, Stephen is able to ensure that work is undertaken in a cost-effective and timely manner, and that clients’ portfolios are treated with current legal opinions in mind.

Stephen has spent some time working in Japan, and speaks conversational Japanese.
