Peter provides considered and balanced advice in all areas of brand protection, whether in the early stages of a brand's life or in protecting the IP associated with an established product. Working alongside Lorna Hobbs and her team, Peter advises a number of clients in hi-tech industries and as a result has particular expertise in pinpointing the necessary trade mark protection for innovative products.

Peter's detailed knowledge of law and practice means that his clients receive focused advice always delivered with an eye to the broader context, especially where trade marks overlap with domain name and design law. He also has considerable experience of the complex issues surrounding the protection of collective and certification marks.
