Imogen's ability to deliver clear and targeted advice on trade marks, designs and domain name issues allows her clients to make the best strategic and commercial decisions for their businesses.

Imogen was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys in 2004 and is also involved in a number of additional activities:

  • Member of ITMA Council and Chair of Law & Practice Committee
  • Member of European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) Law Committee
  • Examiner and lecturer for ITMA professional examinations
  • Regular speaker on trade marks and designs at conferences

These activities ensure that Imogen is at the forefront of law and practice, and as a result, her clients know that they are always getting the most up-to-date advice. They also provide Imogen with an opportunity to develop relationships with representatives of various Trade Mark Offices and policy advisers.
