Andrew Clemson

Andy’s particular focus is on trade marks, although he has also advised clients on copyright, confidential information and designs. His clients include individuals, SMEs and multinational corporations across a number of different sectors.

Working in Jonathan Clegg’s team, Andy has gained particular experience in the prosecution of foreign trade mark applications and in the management of global trade mark portfolios. This experience has equipped him to add real value to the team’s clients and to ensure that they are able to maximise their IP budgets.

Andy enjoys the diversity of his work and his involvement and interactions with his clients and their IP issues. Clients like his careful and diligent approach, the ease with which they can then make informed decisions and the certainty and peace of mind this gives them.
